What We Are Looking For:
We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team on a permanent part-time basis. Working 5 hours per day, this role offers school-friendly hours, making it ideal for someone looking for flexibility while continuing to build their finance career.

This position offers a great work-life balance; however, flexibility is essential during month-end and other busy periods, when additional hours may be required to support reporting deadlines and business needs.

You'll play a key role in managing the accounts receivable function, ensuring invoices are processed accurately, customer payments are received on time, and outstanding accounts are effectively managed within a supportive and collaborative team.

Here's What You'll Do:

• Process customer invoices and credit notes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Allocate customer payments, reconcile accounts, and follow up outstanding invoices.
• Manage customer account enquiries and work with internal teams to resolve invoice disputes.
• Prepare weekly accounts receivable reports and assist with month-end activities and audits.
• Maintain accurate financial records while providing general support to the Finance Manager.

Here's What You'll Need:

• At least 2-3 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance role.
• Experience using ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus.
