We are PeopleScout and we're changing RPO for the better. We champion fresh thinking, new perspectives and endless possibilities. It's all about pioneering new territories with game-changing technology and fresh solutions to today's talent challenges - like embracing and driving diversity, creating a compelling, all-encompassing experience, streamlined candidate generation, selecting and assessing the right people and using analytics to get better results. We have deep local roots. Our team understands the complexity of our market and how to operate within the world's most diverse and dispersed economic region.

We bring people, business, technology, and ideas to build trust and solve our clients' problems.

This role leads new client acquisition and positions the organisation as a market leader in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Talent Solutions across the Asia Pacific region. It is a senior leadership position with accountability for top-line revenue growth, pipeline generation and deal conversion. As a member of the APAC Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director, the role plays a critical part in shaping regional growth strategy and strengthening PeopleScout's market presence.

As Head of Sales, you will define and execute the regional sales strategy, build a high-performance sales culture, and personally lead complex, enterprise-level RPO opportunities from initial engagement through to contract close. You are accountable for achieving annual revenue and margin targets, building strong and sustainable pipeline coverage, delivering high-quality proposals against defined win-rate targets, and uplifting internal sales capability and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities include:

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Co-develop and execute the APAC sales strategy in partnership with the Managing Director
  • Design and deliver a structured lead generation program encompassing networking, thought leadership, events, webinars, outreach and industry engagement
  • Drive the promotion and growth of Enterprise RPO, Project RPO and Talent Advisory solutions
  • Establish and sustain a high-performing, outcomes-focused sales culture

New Business Development

  • Identify and secure new RPO clients across priority industry verticals
  • Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including prospecting, solution design, commercial modelling, proposal development, bid management and contract negotiation
  • Lead executive-level client presentations and pitch meetings

Commercial Governance

  • Contribute to pricing strategy, margin management, SLAs, KPIs and contractual frameworks
  • Ensure all proposals meet profitability, risk and delivery standards
  • Maintain accurate forecasting of pipeline, revenue and market opportunities

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Legal teams across APAC, North America and EMEA
  • Represent APAC in global sales forums and contribute to product and solution innovation

Brand & Market Presence

  • Act as a PeopleScout spokesperson at industry events and conferences
  • Strengthen brand visibility and reputation across APAC markets in collaboration with Marketing

About You

You are a senior enterprise sales leader with deep RPO and workforce solutions expertise, and a proven track record of winning complex, multi-market deals across APAC. You bring:

  • Proven enterprise sales experience within RPO, MSP, BPO, HR outsourcing or technology-enabled workforce solutions
  • Demonstrated RPO deal wins across APAC markets
  • Established CHRO and Talent Acquisition executive networks
  • Experience operating effectively within global, matrixed organisations
  • Strong executive presence, commercial acumen and regional sales leadership capability
  • Advanced negotiation, communication and proposal development skills
  • CRM proficiency and disciplined forecasting capability
  • A collaborative, self-directed and accountable leadership style
