This role leads new client acquisition and positions the organisation as a market leader in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Talent Solutions across the Asia Pacific region. It is a senior leadership position with accountability for top-line revenue growth, pipeline generation and deal conversion. As a member of the APAC Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director, the role plays a critical part in shaping regional growth strategy and strengthening PeopleScout's market presence.
As Head of Sales, you will define and execute the regional sales strategy, build a high-performance sales culture, and personally lead complex, enterprise-level RPO opportunities from initial engagement through to contract close. You are accountable for achieving annual revenue and margin targets, building strong and sustainable pipeline coverage, delivering high-quality proposals against defined win-rate targets, and uplifting internal sales capability and effectiveness.
