The Role:

Our client is seeking a motivated and energetic Account Manager to manage sales and relationships across the ACT in a fully autonomous, end-to-end account management role.


As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Deliver and exceed sales targets through a structured customer contact plan.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships to secure loyalty and repeat business.
  • Identify and convert new business and project opportunities.
  • Promote a range of products and services to maximise sales potential.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Ensure tenders, quotes, and credit management meet company standards.

You will bring:

  • Proven B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in construction, heavy industrial, or related sectors.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your time independently.
  • A proactive problem-solver delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Salesforce, and other relevant systems is required.
