Your Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Business partner, excited by the prospect of leading a small team to deliver outstanding results for one of our key clients in the FMCG space. 

This role will see you working onsite with the client, in their modern offices based in North Strathfield. This is a hands-on recruitment business partner role, as well as working as ‘Lead' for the account. You will someone that enjoys bringing in new ideas and an innovate ways of working. This could involve projects like, refreshing their sourcing methods, assisting with their EVP and working with business leaders in improve the recruitment process and experience.

The role is varied and will see you involved with all aspects of recruitment, managing your own small portfolio but leading the small team to deliver strong outcomes. 

Your experience

• 5+ years' experience working either as a Talent Partner or Recruitment Business partner within an RPO
• Experience mentoring or leading others in resourcing and managing pipelines of work
• Good understanding of data analytics and reporting, with an interest in process improvement
• Excellent impersonal and communication skills, with an ability to manage a mix of critical stakeholders
• Industry experience in manufacturing, FMCG are advantageous but evidence of learning, adopting, and recruiting well across a mix of industries is more important
